Under the Transactions tab you will be able to monitor purchases. You will also be able to track which products were purchased, by whom, when and if the transaction was successful or not. For more detailed information on how to resolve these issues, reference the Ternary Troubleshooting Guide.

<aside> 💡 Tip: If the payment failed, the status will show FAILED. Click the failed payment to be redirected to your Stripe account where you can learn why it failed and notify the customer.
