Managing A Subscription

If you need to manually make changes to a customer’s subscription, follow the steps below.

<aside> ⚠️ If you manually change the product they are on, you will also need to manually apply and or remove the associated roles to their Discord account.

Log into your Ternary Client Dashboard. Go to the “Subscriptions” tab. Search for the customer and click on their row.

Click on their "Subscription ID". The link will take you to the customer's account within your Stripe dashboard.

On the top right corner click on the “Actions” button and select "Update subscription"

A new window will expand from the right. From here you can change the product, add or remove coupon codes and add a trial period, just to name a few.

Once the subscription has been updated accordingly, confirm if you want to prorate the changes or not and then click on "Update subscription".
