Log into your Ternary Admin Dashboard. Go to the “Users” tab. Search for the customer and click on the user.
Click on their "Subscription ID" The link will take you to the customer's account in Stripe.
Click on the “…” icon on the top right corner and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
There are three options when canceling an account. Select the one that applies to the case you are currently working on and issue a refund if applicable.
