If you need to manually make changes to a customer’s subscription, follow the steps below.
<aside> 💡 Tip: If you manually change the product they are on, you will also need to manually apply and or remove the associated roles to their Discord account.

Log into your Ternary Admin Dashboard. Go to the “Users” tab. Search for the customer and click on the user.
Click on their "Subscription ID" The link will take you to the customer's account in Stripe.
On the top right corner click on "Update Subscription"
On this tab you can change a plan (i.e. monthly to yearly), remove a plan/product, add or remove coupon codes and add a trial period.
Once the subscription has been updated accordingly, confirm if you want to prorate the changes or not and then click on "Update Subscription".
