Users Overview

Under the User’s Tab you will be able to keep track of your active members.

From here you can find their Discord screenname, Full Name, Discord ID, Customer ID, Customer Email, License Key, Referral Code, and Referral Points accumulated.

User accounts are automatically created when a successful purchase goes through using a Ternary product purchase link. If a purchase is manually created in Stripe, a Ternary User account will not be automatically created. In such cases, you will need to manually create the Ternary User account.

<aside> 💡 Tip: If you manually create a User account, the associated roles will not auto apply. You will need to manually add the role(s) to their Discord account within your Discord Server, or ask them to log into the User Dashboard and click “JOIN DISCORD”.
