Account Configurations

The Payment Gateways tab can be found under “Connections” from the left column menu. From here, you will be able to manage your Stripe or other payment gateway related configurations.

If your company resides in Europe and you’re using Stripe as a payment gateway, Stripe may require 3D authentication to process foreign payments. Let your Premier Customer Support Agent know if this is the case.

<aside> 💡 If you are using or plan to use Authorize.net or one of their subsidiaries, please notify your Premier Customer Support Agent. This will require a custom integration that may increase your onboarding time. Your Ternary Admin dashboard will also show limited features due to the limitations of Authorize.net.
