In the #ternary-logs channel enter the command <@discord_id_here>
Example: <@638177030948651008>
It will give you the associated Discord display name.
You can use the !search feature to quickly find a customer's:
In the #ternary-logs channel enter the command: ”!search {key, subscription, customer, email} <value>”
**Example) !search email [email protected]
You can even update email addresses by entering the command: !updateEmail <Old Email> <New Email>
