If you need to manually apply a reward on their Stripe account, search for the customer on the Ternary Admin Dashboard and click on their account.
Click on their "Subscription ID" (The link will take you to the customer's account in Stripe.)
In Stripe, Click on "Actions" and then "Update Subscription”
Click on "Add Coupon”
Select the coupon code corresponding to the reward and click on "Submit”
